Exemplars online Library serves as a digital repository of performance tasks and resources that are only available for teachers to access and download for use in their classrooms. Exemplars only collects teacher names and emails for the purpose of creating user accounts to access our products. These accounts are deleted when licenses expire and the data is not sold or distributed.

Exemplars does not collect or store any student data.

Exemplars follows federal and state laws regarding privacy and the handling of personally identifiable information. In the event of a data breach, Exemplars will notify licensed customers and their users.
