Lindsay Laster

Background

Lindsay Laster is the Strategic Partnerships Manager at Exemplars. Prior to joining the team, she spent over seven years as a dual-language teacher, coach, and administrator for K-5 schools. With a Master’s in Educational Leadership and a strong passion for encouraging curiosity, questioning, and analytical thinking, Lindsay is dedicated to helping educators integrate rich problem-solving into their classrooms to empower student learning.

Outside of work, Lindsay loves spending time with her husband and three children. She spends as much time in the garden as the Northeast weather allows, plays board games constantly, and is always willing to meet you on the mountain for a few runs.
